Always makes sure that names you submit for travel are exactly the same as on a government issued picture ID!! Airlines will deny boarding if the name does not match your ID and name corrections are subject to airline penalties.

I understand that FunHawaii.com represents the top Hawaii suppliers, such as Pleasant Holidays, Hawaii World, United Vacations, Apple Vacations, FunHawaii, Travelmaker etc who will or have charged my credit card or took my check for the package described in the e-mail or fax that I received. My clicking the I AGREE button indicates my acceptance of responsibility to pay for the services which are charged to my account or for which I paid by check and are outlined in this contract and e-mail sent to me with details. I checked the itinerary, and the correct spellings of air or cruise passenger names as shown on their government issued picture ID.
Vacation or cruise packages can be canceled according to the cancellation rules of the individual components making up the package. If you have cancellation protection you may cancel without incurring cancellation penalties from most suppliers within 7 days of your trip. With cancellation protection most air, hotel and rental car charges will be refunded, unless air is charter air, and all eligible cancellation penalties will be waived. The costs of the cancellation waiver and $100 per person FunHawaii penalties are not refundable.
Optional trip protection waiver, insurance, penalties and price increases:
Suppliers charge a penalty to cancel or change after you put down a deposit. You have a choice of two types of travel protection/insurance plans. The vendor protection plan is offered by the package supplier itself and has to be bought at time of purchase. The supplier-direct protection is usually good for ONE date, hotel, name change and protects you from most, not all, cancellation fees and some (not all) price increases when the package is not paid in full. It may not cover you from Delta, United etc. fees of $100 pp once a ticket is issued or our $100 pp cancellation/change fee.
As with Orbitz, Travelocity, United Airlines etc. you must pay in full at time of booking to have your price guaranteed. We give you an additional option of placing a deposit and will notify you when we get notice of a price increase so you pay in full only then to avoid the price increase. The second type of insurance is from a travel insurance company, such as CSA. It covers most cancellation fees in case of medical emergency, lost luggage, car accidents, medical evacuation. In either case we refund 100% of whatever the supplier refunds us less our $100 per person penalty.
No matter where you buy the package, whether on the web or from a travel agent your deposit guarantees your space only.
Changes, delivery address, other conditions
- Your prices will change if the number of people in your party changes after deposit.
- Canceling one portion of a package voids the entire package unless we are able to make the change at a $50 per package change fee.
- A "cancellation" is defined as any change made to the name of a traveler when booked (e.g. a change from "J. Jones" to "John Jones"), the substitution of one traveler in place of another, a reduction to the number in the party, and/or the termination of the entire trip. All other changes to a reservation constitute a revision.
- No changes can be made to a booking prior to final payment being received.
- No prices, flights, hotel availability, rental car availability, attraction and service availability, or dates of travel are confirmed until a required payment is received.
- You must call 1 (800) 324-2000 or 1 (949) 661-2611 to change or cancel your package.
- All travelers must travel on the same itinerary.
- I am aware that there is a $15 document charge.
- Future changes or cancellation will involve additional charges and only payment in full guarantees the air price.
- Delivery addresses must be street addresses. No P.O. boxes will be accepted. This does not apply to e-tickets (ticketless travel).
- Your credit card will be charged for the agreed to amount at the time of booking.
- Electronic confirmation and documentation will be sent to the e-mail address listed on the booking..
- Prices for vacation packages are subject to change without notice, and reservations are based on availability until paid in full and accepted.. FunHawaii reserves the right to correct an error in any advertised price prior to your departure. The vacation package price does not include ground transportation unless otherwise specified in your itinerary.

Deposits and Final Payments
- No changes can be made to a booking prior to final payment being received.
- A deposit is collected at the time of booking to secure your vacation package items. The deposit amount will be applied to the final price of the package.
- Canceling your vacation package will result in a fee. (The exact amount depends on the specific cancellation policies of the hotel and other travel items you have chosen.) If your package contains a nonrefundable flight, you may be issued a credit for use on a future flight.
- The balance of your payment is due on the date specified in the payment schedule.
- We will use the credit card for the final payment that was authorized for the deposit. Customers should verify that the credit card being used for final payment will be valid on the scheduled due date.
- The billing contact specified on the Billing and Delivery page will be the primary person contacted for any payment issues.
- FunHawaii has the right to cancel the booking with full penalties in the event of non-payment on due date or payment dispute.
Flight Rules and Restrictions
-Changes or cancellation after a ticket is issued will result in an airline fee plus, our fee of up to $100 per person and any applicable increase in fare if the ticket is reissued.
-Ticket changes or cancellations must be made before the scheduled departure time. Unused tickets held after the scheduled departure time are not eligible for changes or refunds.
-Tickets are nontransferable and name changes are not allowed.
-If you are unable to travel on the scheduled dates, you have the option to reuse the ticket at current face value (less the airline change fee) with the following restrictions:

- Travel must be completed within one year of the original date the ticket was issued.
- The original ticket holder must use the ticket.
- The ticket must be used on the same airline.
- Most airline tickets are non-refundable
- Depending on the itinerary, certain charges (e.g., airport improvement fees and departure taxes) may be collected at the airport and are not included in the price of the ticket. All such charges are the responsibility of the individual passenger.
- Flight details including airlines, aircraft, times, prices and seat assignments are subject to change by the airline and out of the control of FunHawaii.com or our suppliers
- Confirm flight times 12 hours before departure by calling the flight reconfirmation number on your travel documents or by calling the airline directly.
- If paper tickets are requested when e-tickets are available, the suppliers will charge the customer placing the reservations for the associated delivery fees. Any changes that require reissuing of paper tickets will result in additional delivery fees.
- Additional airline rules and regulations may apply and airlines change those frequenly. Please reconfirm baggage and weight limits before departing.
Hotel and Car Rules and Restrictions
- You must be at least 18 to check in to most hotels at least 21to 25 to rent a car, with few exceptions that charge additional fees for underage drivers
- Each hotel has a maximum room capacity and may reject unregistered or additional guests
- Your car insurance may not cover you in Hawaii. Please check your policy
- Availability of accommodations for extra guests is not guaranteed by FunHawaii
- Some hotels request that we wait to submit guest names until 7 days prior to check in. In such a case, your hotel room is reserved, but your name is not yet on file with the hotel.
- Rooms are provided by either Pleasant Holidays, FunHawaii, Hawaii World, United Vacations, your hotel direct or other vacation supplier, under an agency agreement with FunHawaii.com
- Changes to or cancellation of your reservation will result in fees from $25.00 up to the full cost of your stay.
Other important notices
Due to recent airline industry changes please RECONFIRM your flight with the airline 24hrs in advance. Be at the airport at least 2 hours in advance. Seat assignments are done by the airline automatically on packages based on their space allocation formula and if booked early enough. Call the airline after paying in full if you would like seats changed. Incorrect name spelling may result in denied boarding.
When traveling in unfamiliar areas always check with the hotel as to area safety. No matter where you are avoid unlit areas and isolated places at night. FunHawaii.com is a reseller of travel, does not own the airlines, hotels, transportation, activity suppliers and is not responsible for carrier or supplier regulations, price increases, delays, malfunctions, accidents, strikes, crimes or other malicious, harmful or accidental acts, omissions, conditions of property, plane, car, hotel, weather etc. and offer no warranties of suitability for a particular purpose. Requests for bedding, floor levels, etc. are requests only and we will submit them, but the hotels do not guarantee that they can accommodate each and every request.
